Hiking Mt. Gould

The route follows the well-maintained Kearsarge Pass Trail before leaving the trail near the pass and climbing a steep Class 2 talus slope to a class 3 summit block. No technical climbing is required, but the combination of elevation, route-finding, and loose terrain makes this a hike best suited for experienced hikers comfortable traveling above 12,000 feet.
